the canadian middle for 3 runs puts the n GOM as a landstrike. evidently debby runs into the hgh and stalls for 48-96 hours. a recon is at the center now..and within hours it will be named ans possible TS watch will be posted. the CMC has it as a major hurricane sittting on the LA boot in 48 hrs and meandering about for another 48 hours. that's 4 days of storm surge. however, the CMC is the weaker global model...
